laws and compliance can be complex and confusing. Therefore, why not let

between $1.5 and $2.5 million. The cooperative will maximize your purchasing
power, while reducing costs in a customized process tailored to your district’s
needs.

Ancillary Services
We also offer other valuable services to ensure your district is maximizing
its budget:
Textbook Procurement
Compiling textbook orders can be tedious and cumbersome due to incorrect ISBN numbers, pricing changes and miscalculated shipping and handling rates. Educational Data’s easy to use requisition system will allow your district to efficiently and accurately process your textbook purchase orders. School pricing will be calculated along with each publisher’s shipping and handling fees, therefore facilitating the budget process and ensuring invoicing is as accurate as possible.
Leasing Tools-Raise instant capital
Traditional Leasing and our Lease Back Program are powerful financial
tools that provide immediate budget relief for new adoptions, and/or budget
gaps.
Traditional Leasing - Instead of paying “up
front” for equipment you can extend the cost over time by leasing
the product. Ed-Data will arrange a program to guarantee the best rates
possible to maximize capital.
Lease Back Program - This process allows
the district to take a "loan" based on current equipment (including
textbook) inventory. We will evaluate and estimate the value of your
inventory, then conduct a bid to ensure the most competitive lease rate.
At the conclusion of the lease all property remains with the district.
Right- to-Know Services
Ed-Data can significantly reduce the cost of maintenance and reporting
of hazardous materials as required by state Right-to-Know laws. MSDS sheets
will be supplied and organized by location, by category within location,
and by item number within a category. An annual survey detailing your
HAZMAT inventory and location of these items will also be provided. We
also offer consulting services which includes inspecting and reporting
on each location, and Right-to-Know training.
