The spreadsheet below provides awarded vendor information by supply category including vendor name, address, contact numbers, and catalog bid pricing. There are two separate documents one for New York and one for New Jersey. Please be sure that you select the appropriate document.

The discounts below represent catalog bid pricing only. If your district is online you can easily access discounted pricing through your online requisition. However, if your district is using order books you can calculate a catalog bid price by reducing the vendor’s catalog price by the discount rate on the following spreadsheet.

If you wish to order from a vendor other than those awarded through the bid, you must issue a district purchase order directly to that vendor. Educational Data cannot process these orders.
