The central hub of our Cooperative Procurement Management Program is our Order Entry System. This makes complying with state procurement guidelines simple by turning supply procurement into simple online shopping. Our portal pulls together over 20 supply categories and 65+ skilled trades and services bids. Procurement will be effortless, allowing your staff to allocate more time to their core responsibilities.
Selected by you, your staff has 24/7 access to cooperative bid pricing across all major supply categories, skilled trades, and ancillary bids. There is no simpler or more cost-effective way for teachers and staff to procure supplies and services.
You maintain complete control. The portal also allows administrators to review and approve orders and keep a handle on supply spending. Access vendor and bid documentation simply on demand, such as W-9s, Iran Divestment Act Forms, Political Contribution Forms, BRCs, and other required bid documents.
As schools are forced to do more with less, our unique web-based requisitioning portal combines the best aspects of a local purchasing cooperative, an e-marketplace, and a requisitioning module. Plus, it is easy to implement because we do all the work, including staff training.
How Ed-Data Works
Ed-Data reduces work and cost associated with supply and services procurement. Our web-based system is accessible from any Mac or PC…from home or school.
Staff create and submit their supply requisitions.
Teachers and staff sign in to their Ed-Data portal to create and submit an initial wishlist. It’s just like shopping!
Administrators review teacher requests.
Administration manages and approves their staffs’ wishlists. Approved wishlists are routed to the business office.
Business office approves wishlists.
After school and/or departmental approval is complete, wishlists are routed to the business office for final review.
Approved orders are electronically uploaded.
Ed-Data interfaces with major financial software. Approved wishlists are converted into a PO or requisition file for uploading into your financial software.
Approved POs are sent to vendors.
The business office releases approved POs to vendors through your method of choice or via our simple electronic ordering option, ePO.
Vendors ship orders.
Vendor will label and ship according to the PO. Members can elect to order by teacher, grade, location or department.
